Hi, my name is Victoria Lewis. Since becoming parents, my husband, Alex, and I knew we wanted to homeschool our children. I also knew I wanted to be surrounded by fellow parents and their homeschoolers to enrich our lives. My search began for a homeschool support system that was rooted in nature, celebrated the arts, and blended different ways of learning to create a balance of tradition and modernism.
Since then, I’ve talked to many parents who were on the same search, but didn't know where to begin. With the launch of Brightway, my goal has been to blend key elements of Montessori independence, Waldorf creativity, and classroom ABC’s and then take it into nature! By meeting once weekly, we allow your child to socialize with a class and guide your curriculum, while upholding your own core reasons for homeschooling.
My hope is that Brightway feels like an open invitation to homeschooling families in Woodstock, to come be yourselves, grow and learn together, and fall in love with homeschooling one session at a time.

Our home is Woodstock, and currently our meeting spaces change week to week depending on theme, weather and size of the session. However, we utilize Dupree Park on Neese Road as our homebase. The pavilion, grassy and wooded areas, and the fully fenced playground make the perfect haven for Brightway in this season.
We are anxiously awaiting the opening of Little River Park off Trickum, and plan to utilize that space frequently as well!
Our dream is to grow Brightway into an organization that can support a building of our own to call home. With your continued support, that dream can quickly become a reality!
